Future Tour Programs (FTP) Schedule of ICC - 2021 to 2023.

The Future Tour Programs (FTP) is a schedule of international cricket matches set by the ICC for all international cricket teams. The main objective of ICC FTP is that each international cricket team will play match against each other at home at least once and once in a period of ten years.

If a country does not wish to travel to the other country for matches due to security or otherwise, the matches may be rescheduled to another country by mutual agreement between the two cricket boards. The International Cricket Council (ICC) can also help them find such a place and complete their cricketing schedule.

Future Tour Programs (FTP) is very important for systematically organized schedules for international cricket series and tournaments so that no two major series and tournaments collide. It gives players the opportunity to play both international and domestic league tournaments and also provides clarity about all bilateral series. On June 2018, the ICC announced FTP from June 2018 to 2023.
